What is your life philosophy? 🧐
“Live and let live. For business in particular, I believe in mind power — focus on what you want and have a strong WHY, where everything else will be learned or will come naturally...”
What have you learned from you experience being a real-life hero? 🦸♂️
“That some people can positively envision the future, but the majority of people have a dark vision of the future. At the end of the day, most people base their wants upon what other people think of them. Believe in yourself and trust yourself. Live everyday of your life as if it’s you last day.”
How did you hear about HanaHaus? 👂
“I have actually been to both HanaHaus coworking space locations on accident. Both times I was looking for some coffee around Newport Beach and Palo Alto, and surprisingly HanaHaus was the place I stumbled upon. There’s something so interesting about the workspace — its vibe, environment, and even its restrooms.”
Why do you like working at HanaHaus? 🏠
“It’s the combination of the vibe, people, really nice staff, and really good avocado toast. The view with its lineup of boats and yachts resonates with what I’m into these days. However, what I like about HanaHaus the most is the pay-by-the-hour model. It helps me continuously work for the time I need. Compared to other coworking spaces that only take monthly memberships where my productivity can easily fall into procrastination.”
What is your go-to Blue Bottle Coffee order? ☕️
“Hot latte with almond milk some times the avocado toast. And if I want to be bad… I’ll get a sweet.”
What is your favorite space in HanaHaus? 💛
“The high table in Open Seating. Its ergonomic chairs really help with my back and you can’t beat the waterfront views facing the Via Lido Harbor. “
HanaHaus is filled with entrepreneurs, start-ups, students, corporate workers. Do you have any advice for the users of HanaHaus? 🤭
“If you’re a creative type or entrepreneur, you will love it because you will focus on what you’re trying to do. You’ll meet other people that can bring inspiration and creative ideas to your work, especially when you need a perspective outside the box. Take advantage of surrounding yourself with other hardworking humans. Also, the café line is perfect for networking.”
What do you think are next steps in your life? 👟
“I plan on completing a circumnavigation sailing trip around the Earth. Visiting the full 360 of the globe.”
In our blog series, Humans of HanaHaus, we present the folks that fill our workspace cafe with life: start-uppers, entrepreneurs, artists, founders, innovation managers, students, unicorns, venture capital investors and the people who make HanaHaus unique.
