Cheriana Griggs
Cheriana is a San Francisco resident, strong advocate for women in the workplace and Sr. UX Designer at Google. She’s passionate about building excellent product experiences and growing teams that thrive on great company culture. In her current role, she leads a team of designers focused on helping people make sense of the world’s information through answers and exploration features on Google Search.
She graduated from The University of Tampa with a BA in Electronic Media, Art and Technology which she applied to her career doing everything from branding and print design to mobile application development.
On the weekend, you can find Chériana hiking, running, spending time with friends and exploring everything the Bay Area has to offer.
Kasia Kesicka
Kasia leads a team of designers at the SAP central UX team. Her team's current focus is enabling others to build better experiences with SAP Fiori Design System. Kasia thrives on collaboration with folks with different passions and perspectives and strives to unlock everyone's unique superpowers. She is as passionate about user-centered design as she is about creating a committed diverse team that loves to work, learn, and play together.
She graduated with a MA in Visual Communication and Photography from the Art University in Poznan in her native Poland. She gained experience in brand, print, editorial, and web design in Ireland, where she lived before moving to San Francisco in 2015.
She is happiest when on a trail in the backcountry or indulging in a "sobremesa" with friends and family.
Pamela Bailey
Pamela leads design thinking and innovation for global products and service experiences that customers love. She champions user-centered design and coaches teams to “Make it smart, then make it beautiful.” A few years ago, while at Intuit, she undertook the first experience-driven redesign of QuickBooks, setting a new company wide standard for design strategy and earning the K2 Quality Award for Small Business Accounting Software.
Currently, at Facebook, she's working with a cross functional team to maximize the value and care of every interaction businesses have with Facebook's Sales & Support representatives. Pamela holds an MA in Design and has been designing experiences in the software industry for over 15 years.
She has a soft spot for gnarly business problems, abstract art, champagne, and fashion.
