Ana Flor - EVP of People and Culture | ATTOM Data Solutions
Ana serves as ATTOM Data Solutions’ Executive Vice President of People and Culture, where she is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to senior managers. With more than 10 years of experience, Ana brings broad human resources expertise and extensive hands-on experience in compensation, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, talent management, HR analytics, and employee relations. Since joining the team in August 2017, Ana has worked on aligning human resources initiatives with strategic goals of the organization, and finding creative ways to cultivate a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and agility.
Prior to joining the ATTOM Data Solutions team, Ana was the Safety/HR director at Orange County Produce, where she developed a comprehensive safety and social responsibility program, implemented a new payroll/HRIS system, and established a benefit program that catered to 150+ seasonal employees.
An Orange County native, Ana received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Cal State Fullerton. She currently resides in Orange County with her husband and their three children.
Lauren B. Jones - Founder | Leap Consulting Solutions
Leap Consulting Solutions Founder, Lauren Jones (LJ) has been a leader, influencer, and innovator in the staffing industry for just over 22 years. Lauren's love and obsession for technology has helped shaped her career and provided a stellar reputation as a tech stack expert, industry trailblazer and business operations guru. Her focus on mindful and responsible usage of technology in our industry is helping businesses align their future desires with the technologies of today all with a singular focus in mind - keep the job process human. Lauren loves our industry and is vocal about elevating women professionally. She has become a writing and speaking staple at many staffing events and throughout the Sacramento region. . She sits as the VP of Communication and current Board Member for the National Charity League for Mothers & Daughters. She has been the recipient of multiple staffing awards with the Staffing World ASA Care Award for service and participation in putting the brave men and women who have served our country back to work as a major highlight of her career. Her Goat Leadership blog is featured on the Top 25 Life Leadership Blogs list. Lauren is a recent empty nester and proud mom to two powerhouse young lady leaders Emily & Allison. She lives on a farm in Elk Grove, CA with her husband Peter.
