Amy Cappellanti-Wolf - Former SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer | Symantec Corporation

Amy Cappellanti-Wolf is Former SVP & CHRO for Symantec, the world’s largest cyber security software company. In addition to serving on the executive team and managing Symantec’s global HR function, she led Symantec’s workplace/workforce strategy and planning, real estate and facilities function.

During her career, Amy has led human resources teams in the high tech, entertainment and consumer products industries. She has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership and talent development, and business transformations including complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Amy previously held key human resources leadership roles at Silver Spring Networks, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, The Walt Disney Company, and Frito-Lay.

Stephen Childs - CHRO | Panasonic Automotive

Stephen Childs, GTML is the CHRO of Panasonic Automotive, a global leader in the OEM Infotainment & Mobility space with over 9,000 employees. Stephen has 20+ years of HR experience and is a 2-time American Business Award winner for HR Executive of the Year in 2016 and 2018. He received a Global Fellow of Talent Management designation from the Wharton Business School. He is a Global Keynote Speaker and Forbes Contributor on topics such as Culture, Leadership, The Future of Work, Growth Mindset, Change Management, and High Performance Teams. He has a huge passion for building the right Culture to help drive a Great Place to Work Culture.

Dr. Tina R. Walker - Director of Human Resources | California Community Foundation

Dr. Tina R. Walker is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than twenty-five years of HR, Operations, and Business Administration experience. She has a strong desire to take care of the people who take care of people, which is why more than 15 years of her career has been spent in nonprofit organizations. While she is well versed in all aspects of human resources, she has a strong passion for employee relations, change management, operational efficiencies, training and development, talent and performance management and benefits administration.

Tina has a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Behavioral Science from California State University Dominguez Hills. She earned a master’s in business administration and a doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
